Babylon 5's Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Stephen Franklin, will bend or break any rule to save a life. He joined EarthForce during the Earth-Minbari War. When asked to hand over his notes on the Minbari to help create biogenetic weapons, he destroyed them because of his commitment to preserving life.

Earth Science Vessel
The Earth Science Vessel is a long-range ship, well equipped for scientific exploration, with two low, stretching wings that meet the vessel mid-fuselage. The ship is powered by two main thrusters at the rear of the craft.
