@MyStraightTalk Been an AT&T ST customer for years and just switched to the Verizon sim. Landed in Puerto Rico and I have no service. Your coverage mape shows 5g. Please fix this ASAP!
I've been a sprint ( now @TMobile customer for 10+ yrs! My bill kept climbing so I reached out to @Verizon hoping to make a change and what a NIGHTMARE this has been, from chat to store to phone, I am running and screaming back where I was. #dobetter

@VerizonSupport my FiOS and Verizon Wireless service at my home has been down for 12 hours!! My phone only gets intermittent data at home (with wifi turned OFF), but is fine only a mile or two away. Zip is 21043. I assume this is a known issue being worked on.

@VerizonSupport I have a verizon tablet device and it's locked to only use verizon wireless network, I'm based in Nigeria and there's no Verizon network over here, what do i do, Please!
@VerizonSupport Ok, so now the FiOS app is working (it wasn't when I started this conversation).. and I see that there is a known issue and it's expected to be repaired by 7:15am. Not great, since that'll be about 21 hours down.
@VerizonSupport It's been a few months but the last 2-3 weeks has been horrible for dead spots that I never had before. Calls dropped daily anywhere in Jackson county Illinois to Franklin and Perry County Illinois. 62966 62865 are two zip codes to start
