You can experience Vi 5G Unlimited in all eligible prepaid plans, subject to Fair Usage Policy (FUP) as mentioned in our T&Cs. Post the commercial usage monthly quota of 300 GB, you will experience lower browsing speeds.
Do I need to get a Vi 5G SIM?

Vi 5G is usually accessible on all 5G smartphones. Once your smartphone manufacturer rolls out an update, you will be able to experience up to 30 times higher speeds on Vi 5G compared to 4G.
I have checked all the 5G requirements and yet 5G is not working. What is the issue?
If you have already fulfilled the criterion of area, SIM, Handset, software update and still Vi 5G is not working on your phone, it could be because of one of the following reasons: 5G may not work when your phone goes into battery saving mode 5G may not work if SIM is put in 2nd slot in certain handsets 5G may switch off if handset gets excessively heated (责任编辑：) |
