The woman sustained minor injuries on her neck and leg and was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue by Emergency Medical Services. Mingus Reedus was charged with criminal obstruction of breathing and assault. Representatives for Mingus did not immediately respond to Entertainment Weekly's request for comment. This is not Mingus' first bout of legal trouble. The model was previously charged with misdemeanor assault following an alleged altercation with a 24-year-old woman in Manhattan in September 2021, according to PEOPLE. Police reported that the woman sustained an injury under her left eye and was transported to a hospital. |
